Step-by-step process followed in my web design work

Consultation with client
At the initial stage, I will discuss with client in order to capture the requirements and expectations for the website design project. This is where I gather all the details relevant to the project.

Estimate and confirmation
Based on the information I must have gathered, I will prepare and send across a proposal highlighting project estimate, obligations of the parties, and other necessary areas that needed to be agreed on.

Mock up design presentation
Once agreement is reached with client, I quickly design and present a model design that may form the basis of the web development work. The model design is subject to client's review and recommendations.

Website design and development
At this stage, I will commence full design and development work in line with project specifications. This is where I connect all the dots that power the website and integrate all the required features.

Testing and handover
This is where I upload to my server and grant client access to the completed work for all-round testing. Once testing and final adjustments were made, I hand over the completed project to client.

Technical support
Normally, I offer free technical support for bugs and errors, if any found, provided the website files are not modified in any way. I also train and entertain client's questions too.
